1-Month Limited Warranty

Aerofy dehumidifiers are covered by a limited 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use within Singapore.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electrical component failures resulting from manufacturing faults

Warranty Period

Coverage applies for one (1) month from the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Failure to follow operating instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial, industrial, or rental use
  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Water damage caused by external sources
  • Fire, flooding, lightning, power surges, or natural disasters
  • Consumable parts and accessories unless defective upon delivery

Warranty Remedies

At Aerofy’s sole discretion, we may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Replace defective parts
  • Provide a refund where appropriate

Mold and Environmental Conditions

While dehumidifiers may assist in reducing indoor humidity levels, Aerofy does not guarantee the prevention, elimination, or remediation of mold, mildew, condensation, allergens, or property damage.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate environmental conditions and addressing any underlying building, plumbing, ventilation, or structural issues.

Product Performance

Published extraction rates, coverage areas, and operating specifications are based on controlled testing environments.

Actual performance may vary depending on room size, temperature, humidity levels, airflow, insulation, occupancy, and other environmental factors.

Limitation

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty benefits provided are in addition to any rights available under applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.
